hi folks id like to do a bit of beating on the grouse before the pheasants kick of in october and the nearest moore to me is at buxton , derbyshire but i carnt find anyone or any information on the shoot up there and was wondering if anyone could help me out in any way shape or form as it aint far of now so would really love to get something sorted and get out on the moores thanks adam

Have been contemplating a change my self it would save me a small fortune

you can spoil a dog buy takeing it out to soon and especially if your training isnt 100% at teh end of the day its not a competition so take your time i wouldnt take her out all day fro a start but as said do a couple of drives , if you know there are a few drives with game crop then thats probable best as it slows the dog down and you can consontrat on them better and catch them if they step out of line , its a lot to ask of a 12 month dog to go straight out a do a day , how long do you train for a day most do 10-20 mins max so thers a hugh difference between that and a who day so work up to a day gradually and build the dogs confidence and fitnes up as well

not a problem for me yet as ive only a yard but my perents had the same problem and they now use the rocks in the water as said above and they do work cant be to exspensive so has got to be worth ago

your prices arnt bad at that mate id put it all on fle-bay you should get a bit more and dont suppose you know anyone interested in a paul smith do ya ive got mine on e-bay for £3600

un luckey i was out fishing a few months ago and a hen pheasant darted out of the hedge and bashed in to the front of my mini and broke a spot light and bent the grill to the cost of £150then it flew of so i didnt even get any road kill out of it lol

personaly if he was gobbing of at me and there was no-one around ie witnesses then he'd have got a slap manners cost nothing and its people like that , that give most a bad name theres no need and some people only understand a good old fashioned slap

well done gents looks like fun

ive got a subscription to sporting gun(monthly) sporting shooter(monthly) shooting times (weekley) and the shooting gazette (monthly) ive always bought them from the local paper shop but when to the midland game fair and they were all about half the retail price if you subscribed but direct debit and i got a free gift worth not much less than the subscription cost with each of them so it just had to be done

it all depends on what you want to use it for ? but it would look well cool lifted 2 inch , bigger wheels and nobbile tyres , snorkal and a whinch on the from lol proper job but its all down to what your going to use it for if its just going across fields it should be fine as is
