  3. My opinion is if I could only go to one show A year it would be this one. It’s sensibly priced to get in with free parking. The sellers that are attending are only allowed to sell shooting/stalking items and from previous years seems to be vetted quite well so non of these people selling toys, sweets, tools ect and all the other rubbish you find at the game fairs. Also because it must be reasonably price for the traders to be there you find the smaller players can afford to be there so you get to see a lot more random stuff that the big boys don’t like to stock as there’s not enough profit in it for them. One of the biggest benefits is are travelling community friends don’t seemed to have cotton onto this one yet so you don’t have to worry about gangs of them walking around filling there pockets and the chances of you walking out and your Land Rover still being there are quite high.
  4. That Daisy Daisy Daisy commercial makes me want to kick the Tv off the wall every time it comes on in my house
  5. I sold my 308 last year and replaced it with A 243 but I’ve recently developed an itch for another 308 so hopefully I can find A nice Blazer in 308 at the stalking show 😉
  6. I sent my license in to Derbyshire firearms on Thursday for A variation. I got home from work this morning and my new license was waiting for me on the mat. You can’t ask for better service than that. Looks like it’s time to go shopping lol.
  7. This was on one of my permissions. Can I ask people to not speculate on what happened please.
  8. Hi, Anyone in need of a Log burner? I removed this from A rental property that I brought and fitted A electric fire to stop the tenants burning the place down. This is the guff of the internet Introducing the Charnwood Country 4 Log Stove, a beautifully crafted addition to your home. This stove is made of cast iron and has a sleek black finish, perfect for complementing any country-style décor. With a nominal heat output of 4 kW, this wood-burning stove is both practical and stylish. Assembly is not required, making it easy to set up in your desired location. The Charnwood brand is well-known for producing high-quality stoves, and this one is no exception. Bring warmth and beauty to your home with the Charnwood Country 4 Log Stove. These stoves sell for almost £1,000 brand new. I would like £300 for it please. Can get some better pictures if needed

  13. Due to me buying a walk in chiller I have A upright chiller for sale. It’s not the prettiest of things but in full working order. I have had a number of muntjac and fallow in it in the past. I would like £50 for it and it’s currently located in Burton upon Trent any questions please ask.
  14. Hi everyone, I brought a couple of Spypoint cameras and my mate asked if he could borrow one to see what was mooching around at night. I lent him one of my new cameras and he set it up on his phone and worked a treat so he has now decided to buy his own. The question I want to ask is to get the camera set back up and working on my phone do I just have to scan the barcode on the box and set it up again on my phone like I did with my others or do I have to do something different as it is currently set up to his phone so he would receive the pictures it would take hope that makes sense. Has anyone done this before at it ?
  15. I wasn’t using rechargeable batteries but good make normal batteries and could go through two sets in a night out ie 8 batteries so I moved over to a battery pack and plugged into the side and last me weeks and have never looked back I personally don’t think you will buy a batter scope for the money and have 3 of them Hope that helps?
  16. I use a iray thermal scope that I brought new two years ago for almost £4800 and recently decided to treat myself to the new pulsar flag ship model that was almost £5000 after reading all the hype about them and after now using both I wish I had kept my 5k and carried on using my iray as I don’t think there is enough in it to warrant the upgrade in my opinion.
  17. Are these still available ?
  18. I had mine done by Norman Clark in Rugby mate not to far from you
  19. Hi everyone, I’m just seeing if there would be any interest in any one buying some squirrel feeders ? All the proceeds from the sales will be going to charity. The price for A single box is £24.60 inc delivery to you (uk only) but if there is enough interest the price might come down A little. Mods if this type of thing is not allowed please let me know I was asked by the charity to see if there was any interest and all proceeds will be going to Penrith & District Red Squirrel Group If there isn’t much interest but someone would still like one I could possibly add A link directly to them if mods allow
