  1. What is the power curve like on this rifle, as a .25, as the 17 body chamber will not sustain the air pressure ? Is it a 19" barrel ? Thank you
  2. In the ecconomic climate as such, some may need to hunt, just to keep a few pennies saved, I know for one, when the intrest rates kick up to the UK average 6.5% , ( which is not a bad thing ) I will cut back on luxuries ,as it creeps up & fill the freezer more wholesome healthy, fresh untampered meat with the trusty rifle.
  3. Look around for a Bakail Mp153 multi choke, 3" chamber, 28" barrel . (Not knocking Beretta) but they are the mutts ! I was lucky to find one for £375-
  4. Surplus to needs, now shotgunning i have for sale a richter optik 3-9x50 ill mil-dot ret scope,& match mounts, as new in cammo pattern £50 (good clarity ,only used on bsa airrifle) & 2 set of high mounts for 25mm diameter scope £12 each. 1st come basis, mail here & pm please with e-mail for pictures .

  6. I am looking to buy a new scope & with budgets & cash flow a little tight, was wondering what the nikko gameking series are like to use. Are they a good eye relief & clarity? Any info on a good scope or if you have a nikko would help my quest. Thank you.
  7. I am looking to buy a hunting jacket. I its have no idea which one. It must be a hard wearing breathable jacket, yet washable. Not a heavy weight ,yet not a summer shirt. I looked at seelander, musto, & various tweeds. I do not want a cammo pattern, green will do the job perfect. What do you use ? & What do you find the best Value, & hard wearing? Thank you all.
  8. Grrrrr I bought a new one saturday ..dam dam dam.......I just got back from crow bashing, i have to say it is a great bit of kit, a shoot companion who has a Beretta & loved it too.
  9. Does the NFU or CLA cover our sporting needs ? If so are you happy with the service? Thank you
  10. DM80 MK2 sound moderator It has been fitted on my .243, but is suitable for up to .270cal, threaded in 1/2 UNF, and is stainless steel internals & aero alloy body, ultra strong / light. It's in very good nick, a few stains and scraches and such on it from where tree's and such have rubbed against it, but there are no dents etc. Less than 100 rounds through it. They are £255 + postage & like rocking horse do do. (As an ASE ulta performance) I would like £190.
  11. I did advertise , you wanted !!

  12. oh well, were not all perfect , I looked & could not find the intro list.

  16. Half the world hate our narrow minded views, & Christian ways. Hey....some 3rd world countries need fire arms whilst there uneducated leaders drive Mercedes limos . Thats life ! We voted the last government in for 15 years that benefitted the world whilst we all sat by & all watched, groaned & muttered The ones that vote , get the choice, now look around who benefits here in 'your' country.
  17. I felt i just had to ask. Why are there so many hardly used guns for sale ? It seems to me a person buys a gun, which probably cost quite a few months wages & then sells , with little or no use. There are so many on this site. BTW good luck with the sale .
  18. have you tried the 'big boy' pellets or 'eley magnum' , they are approx £12 a tin, E** b*y.
  19. I have tried these also with a group of friends , we bought a few in bulk. We found them a little dirty & hard puching with disaterous results for numbers down. maybe it was us, but patterning was terrible.
  20. We used some latley, they were ok, with a good pattern for 40 yard approx . Better still get No6
  21. Offered him a good EES dog, to rehome,He became paranoid & off hand. Just cannot help some.
