  5. Had this happen with one of mine before, I just cleaned the box out as many times as i could in a day, and moved a few stools into the corner i wanted them to use. After a few days she was back to using the corner.

  8. £600 sounds about right to me, my mate had to have one of his fingers lopped off to the knuckle after he lost the abillity to bend it after a rugby injury. He got about £600-£700 from the insurance.
  9. My favourite at work if i can get hold of peoples keys is too fill the warm/cold air outlets on the dash board with the bits of paper from a hole punch. Position the vents so they aim at there face and set them to full power, as soon as the start the car they get covered in them takes ages to clean them up after, and they still get the odd one or two blowing out a few weeks later so i have been told
  10. Cheers, I already bought the solvent, its that Parker-Hale 009 in a aresol, but i wasnt sure on which oil to get. Have only ever had air rifles before, this is my first shotgun.

  13. Thanks for taking time to reply to my question guys, am going to join up using the DD option to spread the costs as a few have already said £4 is'nt much if it saves paying it all up front.

  15. Was thinking of joining BASC for the insurance, but how good is it? Has any one on here had the misfortune of having to claim? If so how good are they?
  16. When fuel goes up, food, clothes, electrical goods almost every thing gets more expensive. Dont forget it doesnt walk to the shop its a **** take how much tax we pay on fuel, read this week that with fuel duty and vat its about 80p out of every litre
  17. First one i ever got was a BSA field arms (one of a thousand apparently) still got it today

I had the exact same problem last year, didnt want to use poison because its not a quick or nice way to go and we have a few Owls and other birds of prey knocking about, so i didnt want to introduce poison into the food chain. Got shut off most of mine with some traps and peanut butter and got a few but not as many with a silenced .22 air rifle. I think over a 3 week period i got shut of about 22 most of which where young ones.

  20. just wondering if its possible to import shotguns from the USA? And if so has anybody on here done it? I have seen one i am after and have contacted the seller but just got a reply back "no exports"
  21. Only ever tried it once and they had a pine smell/taste to them, probably due to the pine trees they where living in. Not much meat on them either
