i think the answers give a clear indication of the shooters who shoot clays more than live game and the other way round shooters who more live game than clays i regular shoot both and mantain 80% kill ratio on pigeon and game shooting and 90% on clays and i shot all my clays gun down see the bird shot it not rocket sicence for me gun and waiting for a bird to appear from a know flight line turns it into more of a rifle shoot that a natural hand eye movement and its more aimming that a fluent action thanks coxy

its not about liking it or disliking it i said neither just intrested in what percentage shoot pigeons whats the history of the site how did it all start etc i think the pictures are great but are they really sporting pictures i thought a widlife picture section would be good to split the two very diffrent parts of our sport thanks coxy

doc not wanting to complain about your pictures just was intrested in the forums background members as from my point of view very few shoot pigeons from the post i have read with a few key members m robson and protom etc yes i agree this is a wonderful site but i think we all share a love of the countryside which is one of the joys of our hobby and nothing wrong with that but i must confess that the content of sporting pictures is more like the countryfile photo comp thanks coxy

i have only been a member for a short while i joined in the hope to meet other shooters with more info on this game but it become apparent that either the name of the forum is not really relevant as either not much pigeon shooting goes on or its kept quite i think its great there sub forums but not a hole lot of input comes in about pigeon movements in the country etc in the sporting pictures section only a few of the 20 current posts are about pigeons mostly ducks flying pictures etc and the pictures of pigeons are all by a small band of members thanks coxy

for a farmer to soley blame pigeons for a crop fauilure is nonsense more crops fail due to poor crop managment and weed comtrol than any other form of attack yes pigeons attacking a area full of weed will not help but the reason the area is poor in the first place is because the weeds have taken control coxy
