  2. I had this heavy duty fold down steel bollard made for a project then had a change of plans so it's surplus to requirement and is brand new. Approx 2.1 metre long and is made with 120mm box section for the bottom and 100mm box for the folding top. Requires fitting to a depth of approx 1 metre and obviously then protrudes 1 metre above ground, sprayed with red oxide and has a heavy duty lockable hinge fitted. Ideal top security for caravans trailers land rovers vans etc. Collection from Doncaster nr m62 jct 34 or easy accessible from the a1. Any further questions pm me looking for £80 (cost me a lot more)

  7. Hi, I'm wanting to purchase a second home Ive seen and have a few questions if anyone can help. My daughter and partner can't get a morgage at the moment because a ccj he's just got on his name recently for a small amount he owed a credit card company some 6 years ago. My question is: if I buy a second home could I let them live there rent free for a few years until they could get a morgage and buy me out for what I paid for it (prob 5-6 years time) and would there be any capital gains tax etc to pay?
  8. Bought these 3 week ago and last week had to have the old cat put to sleep so up for grabs is a full pack of frontline and a single one so 7 in total £20 for the lot and that includes postage.

  11. I cancelled my TV licence 8 months ago as I used a fire stick, I phoned them up and got a rebate of about £70 and a direct debit saving of £14 a month just by not watching live catch up or BBC iplayer and was told that an 'officer' may call round after 12 months to inquire of any changes in circumstances. I have not had any threat letters at all. Removing their rights of implied access to your property will only help them to gain a search warrant from the courts just simply inform them that if they continue to send letters etc then you will report the matter to the police as you are now beginning To feel threatened alarmed and distressed.
