Hi Guys my 1st time out with my Franchi semi auto shotgun in the grounds of my brothers house nr Newmarket Sufflok 3 pigeons with one shot i could not beleive my eyes, i spotted about five pigeons in his apple tree so i thought i,ll have go at them and the result --- one no-6 cartridge = 3 dead pigeons / i might add my brothers house is on its own half a mile up its own drive, so now he wants me to clear his grounds of pigeons and tree rats the shotgun certainly sorts them pests out , i also enjoy airgunning and own the odd one or two airguns. regards brian ----one very --happy shooter :(

Hi, Snakebite &Rarms you certainly can hunt , in most states there are no power limits you would be surprised what they do hunt with high powered airrifles the owner of the ranch i shall be going to uses a.25calibre Sumatra at 90+fpe to shoot Wild B--R .He.s also lending guns to me so there, no transportation problems. regards brian --happyshooter

Hi , Pin I am in total agreement with your post ,respect for the quarry is the reason why i have a shotgun, i prefer to use airguns but only in the right situation and shooting at flying quarry is not one of them.Do the job proffessionly or not at all. regards Brian

Hi Lancslad &Welcome to the forum i have only just joined myself, how did your lamping trip go and what guns do use ,i mainly use PCp,s but i also own & use a theoben evolution gas ram in .22 i shoot on a local farm in Essex where i live mainly rabbits , rats & Pigeons.
