Just got a single 410 today a Baikal ejector at £70 not bad p rice for a new one got it for ratting around farm buildings better for moving shots than air rifle and not as savage as the 12 I find the single barrel easier to use in tight spots than the double barrel

Full bodies are the best be it for pigeons or geese or any quarry they give a more realistic pattern than shells from above the only good thing about shells are easy carrying, i've got 120 full bodied in the shed but I use the 60 shells i've got cos im lazy.

Dave It sound like you've got transport so find a clay pigeon club around your area and approach them explain your interests and predicament to them and see if they will let you Trap / gather Clays and Pick spent cartridges for shooting lessons I know one or two who have done that and are now enjoying shooting also ask if the Club as an excemption certificate so you can shoot supervised without a shot gun certificate of your own

Why spend a fortune on a Bi-pod when you can make your own by bolting to poles together to form a (V) I made mine out of plastic covered ally garden canes from B/Q they they are 6 foot long bolted together a foot from the top they cost me £2 and are light aswell, the only time I need support to shoot is on standing shots

I had A Browning Hunter Gold 3 1/2 inch from new it was the biggest heap of junk I ever had the misfortune to own it used to jam and if it didn't jam the action was that slow you had to carry a can of WD40 to make the bloody thing cycle, got rid and got the Benelli Black eagle 3 1/2 the only other 3 1/2 I would buy is the Berrette Extrema but with all 3 1/2 semi's they recommend to use a full 2 3/4 cartridge, I use from 28 grm to 50grm they all work ok

I got and used one stuck it on top of 4x4 and away I went it worked great until it started to snow and sleet after 1/4 hour the thing got slower and slower until it stopped working I was really p!!!!d of as I was having a good night, when I got home started to repack it in box to send back and noticed the instructions after reading found out why it packed up it said DO NOT USE IN WET sent it back anyway and got my money back
