Pc is defo the man his bags are superb, I know I should post a lot more than I do, is anyone getting much atm as has slowed down a lot this last couple weeks? Thier bang on the rape my end but a few shots and thier off, I have 4 fields surrounding eachother that are all rape so as soon as you start shooting they move to the next field, defo needs a few out to keep them moving
-
Sorry did sound a bit like that, as you can tell im not that great with wording things right, didn't mean to sound so cocky
-
Sorry didnt mean thats my preffered way of shooting, I get the birds decoying 25-30 yards all day long, all I was just saying im quite confident taking birds out to a distance
-
Believe what you like, its your view but this is why I dont post on here that much
-
Its bin so strange my way, the pigeons have started hammering it already, I've bin giving the farmer a hand putting bangers out durring yhe week when I cant get out, and the last couple weekends ive had a go at them on the same field it has produced bags no less than 30 so going well so far
-
Of coarse I would prefer to shoot them at around 25 to 30 yards to ensure a clean kill, I was just asking to sre what peoples comfort zones were
-
I had a tally up today on how many pigeons I've had this harvest, in the last 4 months ive had 3723 pigeons, howseveryone elses harvest bin?
-

-
Sorry I dont mean to sound like im boasting, I just wouldn't mind knowing everyone else feels Sorry shotgun!
-
Hi all I was just wondering what are peoples comfort zones of shooting pigeons?, Im a quite confident shot so ill take pigeons 50 to 60 yards with no hesitation and take clean kills most times Whats your views?
-
Sometimes im the complete opposite to that, I shoot some good distance passing birds but I can have them flapping above the magnet and miss with both barrels

I would love to get into competing with others with clays, I dont really do to much of it but I have bin told I should, when I do have a go at them I usually hit around 40 to 45 out of 50, wheres the best place to start?
-
I finally bagged a few geese of the season on Wednesday, for the last 3 weeks ive bin trying to get under them and every time they are well out of range, but weds I got right under them n managed 2 left and rights I could of stayed for more but 4 is more than enough, hows everyone else getting on?
-
Even tho this is a trip away for me I would have loved to do this than go to bloody work, rough shooting is one of the best ways to shoot in my opinion
-
