  1. . I cannot understand how you can be so anti to others sharing your permission,unless you are available 24/7 when and where the land owner wants your services,it makes sense to share,at the end of the day its up to the land owner who shoots is land, you are only giving a service.!

  3. You need to move with the time,Fud's are exactly the same,light weight ,flat pack ,if you mix and match with shells you can keep the bulk and weight to a minimum,

Hi Guys, I have a permission that as Canada Geese on it at the moment,and I was lucky to bag one today ,I dont shoot birds ect and not eat the quarry, I want to do the bird justice, Can you please supply some of the top tips for preping the bird, and good reciepes for cooking this Goose and hopefully some of its freinds over the next few weeks. HI Guys, Can you please give me some advice. on shooting Crows,I have a couple of crow decoys I put out with my Pigeon decoys,how many decoys would I need just for crow shooting?,or could I get away with a Owl decoy,and shoot the Crow as they mob the Owl decoy,looking forward to advice, many thanks, Williamr

Hi Guys, I have been looking on E Bay for a gun rest for my hide,however I cannnot see why a gun rest can cost from £8.50 up to £12.00, I have purchased a Middy rod rest from my local fishing tackle shop for £3.50 and the bank stick at £1.25 in total £4.75 for the gun rest,I think this is value for money, well worth considering. cheers, Williamr.

Hi, Have you looked at Hyundi Santa Fe 4x4 ,2.0 ltr diesel engine some models have leather seats and really good spec for the year, you can pick up a good example for 3K with 80-120K miles,the boot space is quite large and the seats fold down so you get the benefit of a estate type motor,a new model would set you back 23k, so they are value for the money. williamr.

Hi, Have you considered a shooting club?,the NPPC have land from the Midlands up through Yorkshire and up to the north east, this may give you what you are looking for,until you get your own permissions,I see you are from pateley bridge, that's were the NPPC is based,give John shooter a ring he will be able to give you more detail. good hunting.
  24. My name is Richard I am looking for a days pigeon shooting within the Yorkshire or Humberside area ,with an experienced pigeon shooter ,I have just acquired my own kit,and gun including BASC insurance, I have come back to shooting after a few years off, ,I live in Saddleworth near Oldham.
