  2. The same as any other crop i would imagine put your decoys , magnet , flapper etc build a good hide & hope the birds start to come in change your pattern according to which way the wind is blowing
  3. have you got fuel coming to the injectors & have you check for any air leaks in the fuel system?
  4. If only you were closer brilliant opportunity for someone close by 👍
  5. Tripe G for me also wouldn't like to see a third fight happen if triple G does win he's had so many months of his career wasted on waiting for the rematch with canelo being tested postive for a banned substance & he's been stripped of the IBF belt its ridiculous the hoops hes had to jump through for this rematch. i would of liked to have seen him fight billy joe saunders & he relieve him of that WBO title he's held captive for three years
  6. Ive had some business cards knocked up with crop protection a picture of myself with the birds i had shot from my last outing with a friend who has a permission my name contact details stated im basc insured and offer the service for free plan to get some laminated and tape them to the gate to the field i see plenty of birds on & also go around on the knock farm to farm in the winter months when the drillings go in. Im from Stockport ( south manchester) but the peak district is only a 30 minute drive away from where i live & cheshire isnt to far away either . Thanks for the advice i will keep a eye on the for sale sections Cheers will update it now fingers crossed! Ive a book from a chap called Richard Arnold on pigeon shooting ive read it a few times and taken some good points from it . I will get the book by Archie Coats also as ive read of him being refereed to as the GODFATHER of pigeon shooting also seen a few old video snippets on youtube of him and another chap he had taken out pigeon shooting cheers

I don't have the permissions currently as a still new to pigeon shooting ( will be going on the knock soon) but once its been cut is maize crop any good to shoot over?? Cheers steve

  13. Thanks yellow bear I will check them out .I was at the boar this morning didn't do to well tho on the clays. Do you do much pigeon shooting? The peak district is mainly pasture land I've found not many people grow on it I imagine the majority would be rook & corvid shooting and ferrals around barns etc.
  14. Thanks everyone! yellow bear i shoot at the boar clay ground just off the woodhead pass near glossop. Im going to try get to cold springs clay ground in buxton on the wednesdays evenings as they do a practise session through the summer months & the main shoot on the sunday morning . The nearest ground to my house would of been the little mill shooting ground but it has recently closed due to legal reasons i believe.
