Yes absolutely but I am not the one you need to convince.

 

It is a certain Lord Coe and his band of "Sod leaving a shooting legacy" followers that need persuading.

 

I have shot at Dartford and yes it is a good shooting ground but olympic standard it will never be.

wasn't it decided too expensive to upgrade bisley before you looked at where it was located

 

And spending somewehere in the region 35 million to build somewhere and the 14 million to take it down is cheap is it? No of course not. It is a complete waste of money that the LOC prefer to do rather than leave a legacy for a sport they do not support.

JMHO...The whole thing stinks, and as for legacy, legacy for who..? The only legacy I can see is paying a supplement to my 'Community Charge' to pay it off for the next 20 years or so.

Thank god I live on the outskirts of London when this farce takes place.

Rant over..back to my afternoon tea........
