Frenchieboy
What scope do you have fitted? I am no expert but it sounds more like the scope is not holding its zero rather than a fault with the rifle or the trigger you have had fitted. docholiday
agree this will be a scope problem, take it back to the shop and talk to them doc Edited November 18, 2009 by docholiday

dunganick
You dont say the make of the rifle that i can see, if its a cz Varmint then it will have a stock/barrel lug. This screw has a big effect on accuracy. They may have put a different amount of pressure on the stock (by doing said screw up tighter) which could mean the barrel is now touching. However the mod seems by far the most likely explanation.
webby86
it is a cz 452 lr.the guy in the shop had a look at that and the barrell is not touching.the mod seems to be most likely explanation
henry d
Have you checked that the strikes to the rim of the rounds are all the same ?

Obviously something since the trigger job, if you think it is the mod, screw it off & see what your grouping like, BJ.
onlyme
First of all check the moderator as percourse of ruling it out. And shoot without it and put a group together if you can. My bets are on if the trigger kit was fitted with scope mounted and shock tested for safety with a dead blow mallet or banging the butt on the floor. I'd check all scopemounts aswell for tightness. If its none of the above and its still not grouping and you haven't changed your ammo batch. I'd say as a guess the scopes had a knock and needs sorting. I don't know the torque setting for the stock screw. But when I did mine last it was nipped back up granny tight. Not downs syndrome tight. I suspect that you will find that everything is fine now. You did not say that you had a moderator fitted in your original post or we might have said to check that first. As for the scopes, they are a good, reliable make but that does not stop them from going off zero if they (Or the riflle) take a reasonable knock - Something to watch out for in the future! Let us know how you get on now that the moderator is fitted correctly.
