In a nutshell anyone SERIOUSLY interested and is not full of BULLSHINE will have to contact Richie, Have the money in place and be prepared to actually part with it, this is not Kay's catalogue either, so you cant look and think it 30 bob a week for the rest of the year, sorry to sound peed off but Richie put a lot of effort in with his time, fuel, and phone calls for nothing so far even I myself wasted phone calls on wasters!!! YOU LOOK, YOU WANT, YOU PAY.

There is work to do so you will have to be prepared to come down as a working party and do your bit no excuses.

Lets not forget at the heart of this Crazy farmer boy, he has also put a lot of time in for FACK all.

For whats on offer with the right numbers its cheap shooting for a year especially if some of you lot dont have permissions.

You say it is 80 pounds a year but what does that get you? I was under the impression that it was going to be a syndicate and birds were going to be put down.

I didn't go to the first meeting to see the land as I have already shot over it and know what it is like. I didn't come to the second meeting as I only caught up with this thread yesterday.

£80 is only the start in reality, the if you are going to put 3 - 400 birds down there is another £120 each and then feed and who is doing the feeder runs? Who will be doing the gamekeeping?

In all honesty if you are going down that route then you are looking at 4-500 quid a season.

I will be up for coming to another meeting if you are going to have one but can you PM me and let me know as I don't read every thread on here.

If you had been there you would know.

You know as well as I do that £400-£500 will get you 8 days driven on a semi-organised shoot, plenty advertised, with some it gives you the vermin/pest rights.

It was designed to be a social event as much as shooting, like minded people doing the same.

The point of the meeting was to work out, where we were going numbers of shooters wanted, birds, feeds, and of course costs etc, you know the score same as me, you have my home phone I think? you def got my mobile give me a ring Im home all day today.

Ok, i have just looked at this thread for the first time in a couple of weeks, as it stands now land is withdrawn,

Will send pm's to richie, alan and Mc about how to go forward, thanks for the interest

Have I ever seen such a load of old pony over 800 quids worth of shooting rent what complete load of faffing about....... For Essex that money is cheap , especially as a rake of you have no shooting around that way.

I was offered some more land to bang on the end of my shoot right next door. It was a lot more than 800 I can tell you, I just took it and did'nt wait to ask any other syndicate members, if they don't want to pay more then there is always plenty of others who are willing in this business.

Bad mistake there fellas, someone should have just took it and sorted the rest out later-Just remember the one who pays is in the driving seat!!!!!!!!!

Crazyfarmerboy-Do yourself a favour-If you want to let your land apporach a local shoot nearby who are up and running and who most likely won't bat an eyelid at 800 notes.

Give me strength...........

There is a possibitily for a syndicate to be created for the shooting season this year,

On offer is 220 acres of arable land, including one large pond (for duck flighting)

20 acres of sugar beet is drilled each year which attracts pheasants,

You will be renting the land for purposes of game shooting only,

Pest control will be welcomed but would prefer to be asked before, just to know who is around,

Need offers on this so i can let the land owner know,

Location is CO12 5NH

hi mate me and few friends will be intrested can we get in touch? thanks

well, you can get a drive from the sugar beet, then two or maybe 3 cover crops, and then use of the big pond, as a flight pond,

Then there are 4 possible partidge drives, It is not just lots of open fields, there are lots of Hedges and tree lines so broken up into different areas

I think the price last time was £1500 for the seaon but will to drop it too £1000,

so if 5 or so people get together it is only £200 each and would be free pest control included in that aswell,

If anyone is interested i can email a computer drawn map of the land, just so you can get an idea,

Hi please send me a map and will be interested in reviewing the land before making any decisions.

Cheers await your reply.
