Chris Bb
Surplus and Adventure. Atrocious. Three weeks since money taken, over a week to reply to an e-mail, latest reply is "hope to put in post in next five days or so". Any other experiences of this or any other company? CZ550Kevlar
I have used them before but it was before they grew in size, they were alot smaller when i dealt with them and only sold a smaller range, i have heard that since they extended what they sell it has slowed things down, however they shouldn`t take the money from you card that far before they dispatch your goods, i would be complaining big time or personally cancelled the purchase and gone elsewhere. Fuji Shooter
Most online retailers stock little or in the case of a lot of them noting at all. They rely on their suppliers having a low wholesale order value and fast shipping. Makes a mockery of ordering online half the time
wymberley
Hi, Accountants and production storemen (in our case, retailers) called it JIT (just in time). The engineers (in our case, us) called it JTL (just too late). Cheers
Chris Bb
I've now had a ####ing from them for sending a second e-mail reminding them! Astounding. Fortunately the sum involved is minimal. I shall follow this one just to see exactly how bad it can get. Welcome to UK, the only banana republic outside Africa! Chris Bb
Well, two weeks later and they've finally admitted that they don't have the item I ordered and can't get one. Would I like to order something similar? Have now demanded a full immediate refund and threatened Trading Standards. Four hours so far and still no reply. BE WARNED! RC45
Not related to any of the businesses listed above. I ordered a couple of things from two different companies, before xmas. One took 30 days and the other (boots) took 60 days  I think some firms take the order before they order the goods in? Phil
Chris Bb
Update. Goods ordered early January & credit card debited. Early February admitted that goods unavailable; refund demanded. Middle February, after a reminder, they have agreed to refund credit card but stated that it could take four weeks! Trading Standards and/or Police? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
