steve_b_wales
I bought a virtually identical one from LIDL last year, and they are excellent value for money.
Wookie
Mrs. Wookie is on her way there this lunchtime to pick one up for me. Sorted.
Frenchieboy
I too have just reserved a set which I am going to pick up as soon as I have finished feeding my face. I will let you know what I think of them when I get back!

Frenchieboy
Well, I've not long got back from the Aldi store where I bought a set of these "spotting Scopes". They certainly seem reasonable value, they are well packed and come with a tripod, carrying/shoulder bag, a cleaning cloth and instructions. On taking them out of the box and trying them I have to say that they really are quite reasonable for that price. Agreed, they are not made with the highest quality optics but at that price what do you expect? They seem to be more than capable of doing what I want of them - spotting wjile I am zeroing my rifles, especially at distances between 50 and 150 yards. If I had to rate them I would certainly give them 5 out of 5 for value for money, but that's just me, so easy to please!
inthedark
I had to go three times, the first one was hi jacked by my mother, my son nicked the second one and the last one is in the boot! Good value for money but I hope no one saw me!

Wookie
Mrs. Wookie had mine waiting or me when I got back this evening. I have to admit that I am impressed with it so far, even in the dark. Seems like a bargain at the price. She also picked up some bloody good weissebeer and sausage while she was in the shop. Bargain!
