Well, I've not long got back from the Aldi store where I bought a set of these "spotting Scopes". They certainly seem reasonable value, they are well packed and come with a tripod, carrying/shoulder bag, a cleaning cloth and instructions. On taking them out of the box and trying them I have to say that they really are quite reasonable for that price. Agreed, they are not made with the highest quality optics but at that price what do you expect? They seem to be more than capable of doing what I want of them - spotting wjile I am zeroing my rifles, especially at distances between 50 and 150 yards.

If I had to rate them I would certainly give them 5 out of 5 for value for money, but that's just me, so easy to please!

Mrs. Wookie had mine waiting or me when I got back this evening.

I have to admit that I am impressed with it so far, even in the dark. Seems like a bargain at the price. She also picked up some bloody good weissebeer and sausage while she was in the shop. Bargain!
