Wrighty112
Last night I was up at lowmoor ranges near Whitehaven Cumbria... I tagged along with a mate who was buying a 3.5" escort, I took on board everyones pros an cons about the escorts so when I seen a Baikal Semi Auto which I believe is a Baikal MP-153 3.5" Magnum Semi Auto I'm getting it for £395. What's everyones veiws on this shotgun?

SSS
They are built properly unlike the hatstands. Good gun, can't go far wrong with it. I bet it won't cycle small 24 gram loads though, but when will you ever shoot 24 gram. All the best, SSS

Gordon R
Bought one brand new - put 50 or so shells through it. Nicely put together - no jams - with about 4 or 5 different brands of shells.

vole
There was an experienced shooter and farmer on here(J Galway) who swore by his.I think it was his only shotgun. There is some of the companies footage where one gets dunked in icy water then used straight away. Might be worth a search on You tube. I woiuld be happy with one for rough use. Think you picked a good one.
