whippet.22
Baikal SxS, ?, I'd say a Beretta. Then; Weirauch HW35, I'd say BRNO Model 2E and not the later 452 (same gun essentially, I know), and then a Remmy 700? Tell me I'm right..........or sad. dunganick
think the bottom one is a tikka 595? and the sxs looks more like an aya to me, but im no SxS expert Edited October 25, 2005 by dunganick
whippet.22
You're right there on the rifle, I looked too quickly. The Remmy 700 doesn't have a detachable mag. Edit: Think you might be right on the shotty too, I was concentrating on the lock and triggers when I should have looked at the fore-end instead. Dunkield
Henry, Never sell the Tikka, for any money :*) There a lot of ex M595/695 owners out there who are already missing them.

tommy trucker
Henry, Never sell the Tikka, for any money :*) There a lot of ex M595/695 owners out there who are already missing them. i personaly think the 595 is far better than the t3 and have shot both. the 595 feels right if you know what i mean 595 all weather .
dunganick
i also agree with tommy (who dosent ) the t3 has the feeling of a rifle which has been remade to try and capture the amazing build and value for money which the 595 represented. the t3 has alot more plastic on it, it's plastic stock is not very nice and its not such an attractive gun. not to say it dosent function flawlessly and shoot straight, it does, just not as well as the 595 did. Dunkield
You have to remember why the T3 was introduced. After Sako bought/merged/whatever with Tikka their guns ranges were far too similar, in the UK at least the cost of a Tikka was almost as much as a Sako. So the Tikka rifles were pushed down in price (and some may quality) to seperate them clearly from the Sako's. Although the T3 all waether stock sounds realy cheap when you tap it, don't forget it contains glass making it stronger and lighter than the M595/695 abs version. I have one of those and they are as soft as ****! to float the barrel clear of the stock I just used a stanley knife :*) Having said all that, I still maintain the Master is a classic and I won't be selling mine either.
