What do you want to know? What are you trying to reload? Gamebore gordon system and their normal cases load well. Aren't Buffalo rolled turn over? I have found that Eleys are not as good at reloading as the new primers don't stay in.

Ferret Master
I can't speak for other loads but I can confirm Buffalo 36g 2 3/4'' lead BB's are 6-point crimp closure. FM

Eleys are different primers, or at least they always used to be. you had to buy Eley primers and just changed the bit in the middle not the whole cup. you left the cup in the cartridge. Needed a different decapper, shell holder and seating tool Edited March 23, 2010 by Vince Green
Floating Chamber
Eleys are different primers, or at least they always used to be. you had to buy Eley primers and just changed the bit in the middle not the whole cup. you left the cup in the cartridge. Needed a different decapper, shell holder and seating tool The old Eley 'primers' were marketed as the 'Eley Percussion Cap 1B'. They consisted of a cap and anvil. The battery cup (outside cup) remained in the shell as it was an integral part. It was, in fact a 'rivet' as well as a battery cup and held together the head components. Later, Eley marketed the battery cup 'Surefire' primer. These were sold in tins of 200. They had only a short production as Eley terminated shell production and imported the primed cases. Eley cases are now Spanish ('though sometimes they use Cheddite). The Spanish cases use a much 'fatter' primer. Fiocchi primers (615, 616) or Martignoni primers (686, 688) will fit tightly in these cases. However, BEWARE! the Spanish cases often separate at the metal head/base wad, whereas the Cheddite cases have three 'anchoring tabs' that hold the base wad in place. The detached base wad can be pressed back in place on a flat surface before re-sizing and priming. Olympics and Saga are the biggest offenders. A Mec Supersizer will shrink the hole somewhat in the Spanish cases; we have also used a SMALL dab of superglue when desperate. Hope this has been useful!
