arrghh, dont you just hate not having the right gun?!!? ! sat in the living room watching 4or5 pigeons in my garden and i dont have an airgun handy!!!

I havnt had any food yet and they would fit the bill nicely!!

i thought yes as long as the pellets dont leave the boundary and you dont fall foul of the 50ft from highway rule.

 

there might be an issue about whether the general licence applies.

if you shoot air rifle in the garden you have to make sure you have sufficient back stops at wot ya shooting so no pellet leaves you boundary

Not unless you can justify the terms of the General Licence:- causing serious damage to crops or feedstuffs & demonstrate that you have tried every practical deterrent.

its legal to shoot an air rifle in the garden, but NOT legal to shoot the woodies, unless as stated above, you can prove a good reason, saying I did'nt know, wont stand up in a court of law
