unapalomablanca
What do most pigeon shooters do now the osr is waist high and flowering. Do the birds attack it the same as when its starting to grow or do we have a break now until harvest? I presume that decoys are now elevated near a bare area where they could land. Any tips and advice would be well received. Thanks.
Harnser
You will be struggling to get a decent bag onthe rape now . Yes you could shoot some on the grazed patches or in the tram lines . The biggest difficulty now is to pick up what you shoot . Harnser .
TomV
if the farmer had drilled any spring rape then there could be some birds feeding on the new shoots coming through

It was great as a hide As Harnser said, recovery of shot birds was troublesome. A good dog would be a great asset.
