jasper3
Hi lads..ive just bought a two bird magnet I would guess the best thing to use would be dead birds..but to start with i will be using a couple decoys what one's are the best..ive seen some foam ones about £8-£10 each or there is the one's with the rotating wings or the one they refer to as the ultimate decoy any help on this one would be great cheers Jasp
UKPoacher
Don't buy the foam ones! I have two and to be blunt they are ****. The 'Ultimate Decoys' are far, far better and I put them on my magnet if I don't have any dead birds.

sitsinhedges
I am using a plastic winged decoys but putting real pigeon wings on top with a few elastic bands to hold them. I just snip them off at the joint nearest the body with secateurs. Much easier than using a whole dead pigeon
Cosd
Same as Nickbeardo, but I have had days when you just don't need to take the the Hypeflaps off too. Very light and easy to carry as well. But no imitation will ever be as good as the real thing!!
swiss.tony
That's a nice tip cutin wings on and usein lastic bands Might try that tommro but ur all right foam ones are c**p wings just fall off all time and birds look there on merry go round lol Swiss
