daniel_priest
hi all, i reciently bought a mint condition logun s-16 off my mate for £160 its that cheap because when you fire it all you get is a click there seems to be no air getting in to the mechanism (i think) i thought it couldnt be much to fix and would be an easy fix but im having second thoughts, i cant think or find anyone that can fix or even have a look at these guns for me, alot of gun shops refuse to touch these which is worrying.... any advice would be much appreciated if i get this gun up and running it would be a bargain of the century im from south yorkshire by the way if theres anyone around that area cheers
ayrshiretaxidermy
Had one of these and they have a common problem. If you dont cock it correctly, a pellet jams in the barrel. Now if you then try and cock/fire again, another jams. So it may be the case that it has several pellets jammed in it. Take the barrel off and have a look. You can poke them out from the muzzle end with a long piece of wire. There is a little clip thing at the opposite end from the muzzle which holds the pellet ins, so this needs to be disengaged before the pellets can come back out. JJaxeman
Hi I had the same problem with mine and it was because I had over cocked it and put two / three pellets in it. Was told it would cost a fortune to fix. But all I did was remove the Barrel and insereted a lengh of steel rod down the barrel to tap out pellets took me about 10minutes to do and all ok . Easy fix don't know why it would cost a fortune

soreshoulder
so its just a click and no sound like a distorted air blast when you pull the trigger? are you sure you have pushed the bolt all the way forward until you hear a click? daniel_priest
so its just a click and no sound like a distorted air blast when you pull the trigger? are you sure you have pushed the bolt all the way forward until you hear a click? the bottles full i pull the bolt all the way to the rear and all the way foreward again until the lever locks, when i pull the trigger it just clicks no air at all is released, its clear (nothing stuck) ive gave it a pull through looked at the mechanism and i cant see anything wrong, i havent got a clue how to take one of these apart and im afraid if i do i wont be able to get it back together again! when i take the air bottle off a little air is released until its all the way off but i understand this is normal, i dont really no wot to do........ UKPoacher
There is a sale on at the moment, but strangely some of the sale prices are more than full price elswhere. The Logun 16's are notoriously unreliable that's why there are so many offered for sale. If you do it fixed my advice would be to sell it on and get a Logun Solo. They are more reliable and good value for money.
northeastshooter
hi had a logun s16 afew years ago had the same problem with it and was it was a jam in the barel if your eva up this way i could take the barrel off and check it for you if not if i rember right you have to take the scope rail off and there is two allen key screws there not easy to see but there undr the spring but if your keeping the gun it might b worth striping it all the way down and replace all the seals its wot i did and didnt have to many problems after that with mine as long as you check the bolts locked in correct but if your ever up this way pm me good luck
