Oxon88
Just tell him you have been busy an i'm sure he will understand. Worst case cerario is he has someone else shooting on the land.

libs
If it really comes to it blame a terrible illness or a bereavement, I would, but then i'm not a very nice person....

njc110381
Just tell him you've been tied up with some things that you couldn't get out of. I'm sure he'll understand. I've neglected a few of mine recently in favour of other places that need more protection. You just have to do your best to keep them all happy! jonevo
Most Landowners or farmers can be quite picky when you dont Phone or call in once in a while, shooting is quite sought after and it is important for you to have a good relationship with that owner. it doesnt cost much to make a phone call or just call in for a quick chat. May this be a lesson learnt.

fluke2
DONT just go and shoot I did this a few years ago and the farm had changed hands, the new guy was going to prosecute me and my mate until the previous owner stepped in and said he forgot to inform us of the sale,Better to check first
shawi72uk
Well like you lads said I will just give him a quick call and treat it like it's the normal few monthly check to make sure that I'm still ok to shoot then while cristmas is round the corner al drop him and his missus a nice little somthing that trick will surely soften the hardest of farmers lol
