David BASC
You should be OK, the fact to face interview counts for a lot. David

David BASC
Yep, they will - it clearly says on the forms you MUST declare everything, however, I would not think for a mo it will stop you getting your ticket, unless you were a persistent offender! artschool
during my wifes sgc interview she got pulled up for a speeding offence that she wasnt even prosecuted for. seems they are a bit overcautious.

CZ550Kevlar
It can still be rejected, the FEO will give his opinion, the licencing manager has the final say and decide whether she takes notice of the FEO, however it is very rare for such minor blips. Its not over cautious, your wife must have had a fine otherwise its not recorded on PNC. Its about honesty (I'm not suggesting your mrs is dishonest), every offence must be declared, easy, its in the text.
sitsinhedges
Think they try and point out these minor omissions just for effect. Mine brought up something trivial that I did as a teenager and said if I do it again they would presume a pattern of negative behaviour and act upon it. I'm 45 now

Its about honesty (I'm not suggesting your mrs is dishonest), every offence must be declared, easy, its in the text. my wife got pinged speeding, they never pursued it because she holds a northern irish driving licence and it is not endorsable by the english police force without going to court. so she received no points and no fine, but someone had still entered it into the computer. i also used to have a northern irish licence (but switched when i passed my motorbike test) and know all the ins and outs. we have been in the papers due to incorrect treatment by the police(northern irish mot's) and i have had an MP intervien on my behalf and received written apologies by the police for their behaviour. so she was not convicted for speeding and they had it wrong.
