Cookiemonsterandmerlin. Posted November 20, 2010 Report Share Posted November 20, 2010 After watching 500 or so birds using a OSR field yesterday had a pop at them this morning. Was not looking good heavy mist and rain when arrived but still had a go . Setup in a spot I have shot hundreds over the years,Wind from the N/E . It was slow going but the lofters where working a treat as it all about forming the real picture. And over the next month I think with the birds pounding hawthorn berries the shooter who have lofting poles will be the ones bagging the birds.
