vdubber
Hello all, i'm looking to get my 1st shotgun over the next couple of weeks and as I'll only be using it for woodies over decoys have talked myself out of buying something new, expensive and shiney, at the moment im leaning towards a Baikal as they seem excellent value for the money, also ive read they tend to have shorter stocks which would suit me (i'm about 5'8"). Before I buy one could anyone with experience offer any other alternatives which are equally reliable and at a similar price please? Thanks jamie

HDAV
Well can't compete with a free one but semi autos are popular over pigeons, there are some cheap franchi's about that might be worth a look

poorpeet
Baikal's a top gun. wish I had'nt sold mine. They tend to be quite tight choked though, I think mine was full and 3/4. Semi's are good and loads of cheap Escorts about. Don't get the 3 1/2" chambered one though. Best take up the really kind offer of the BSA. After 6 month or so you will have a much clearer idea of what you want and what fits you.

I have had a 2nd hand 3" for a couple of weeks now. When I got it I stripped it, cleaned it (including ports from barrel) and replaced the o ring. It works great and cycles 28g cartridges brilliantly.

Browning GTS
I love s/s's light weight good looking do the job Semi,s are ok low recoil extra shot, but the main reason i got rid of mine was if rough shooting walking around hedges ect very difficult to find the empty carts, no good if you like to keep your permission!! I did not even think of this untill the first time i used it. Worth thinking about

Jim Sarakun
Hello all, i'm looking to get my 1st Villa in Spain over the next couple of weeks and as I'll only be using it for wild parties and orgies have talked myself out of buying something new, expensive and shiney, at the moment im leaning towards a 4 bed as they seem excellent value for the money, also ive read they tend to have shorter gardens which would suit me (i'm about 5'8"). Before I buy one could anyone with experience offer any other alternatives which are equally spacious and at a similar price please? Thanks Jim Shippy?
