I built a dry plucker a few years ago using a small honda

engine, a shaft belt and pulleys from an old mower and

strips of tread off an old bike tyre. It went like hellfire

and worked a treat on chicken, pheasant, partidge and

pigeon. As i was a butcher i could make good money

doing this, but as was said above you do need a food

hygeine certificate, and your local council may need to

inspect your premises aswell. It's hardly worth the hassle

unless you're already set up and good to go for such an
