David BASC
Dear all, A very quick update. BASC went to the meeting yesterday with the GTA, NRA and Chair of BSSC. No change in licence fees is on the cards at the moment, more internal investigations by the HO and police are needed. I will post more later when I have the info, but please understand I am working away for the next few days – but any urgent development, should there be any, will be on the BASC home page. Dekers
Lets keep our fingers crossed, my coterminus is due for renewal in 11 months, that probably gives them time to bring in a price rise! :( :(

David BASC
I am sure you are not up to anything! We are just fellow shooters who choose to back different associations, at least we support something, unlike far too many who support nothing, but benefit from the work that our associations do!! Going forward there will be a need I think for us all to do our bit and lobby our MP's for a fair licensing system, well run, and run to HO guidance and ACPO best practice - then and only then lets look at the possibility of any increase in the costs we have to pay.
