camshot Posted March 7, 2011 Report Share Posted March 7, 2011 an awesome day, 105 over the deeks and i get back to the yard to start breasting them. had a quik look on one of the collies wich was expecting pupz and she had 7 i set up about 8 ish, 16 dead birds, a magnet and 2 bouncers.over a feild of 80% clover (i drilled it especially for pigeon shooting all year round, only 10 acres in size) ide had some half decent 60s and 70s off it before but not over a 100 basically they just poured in all day, cartridge count wasnt great tho 4 to 1 , im glad i decied to go and get a few slabs last week i was abit disapointed that it all came to an abrupt stop around 2. just suddenly there was nothing about really. got back to the farm to start breasting them as ive got a lorry next week so got to get them all frooze well. went and checked my very heavily pregnant colly, shes about a week over due and to my delight 7 little bundles of joy welping away all in all a great day, the sun was shining 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
