jon78
I must say, I am most impressed with your work. I have great admiration for anyone who can engineer something like this at home. Well done. Happy shooting. Jon

Hunter
I work the odd saturday in a gunshop, but Im currently looking for a propper job somewhere  We do have good moments in the gunshop sometimes though.. like the other week when somone brought in a Spas-12.. I think my next project will be (apart from finishing the shooting range) putting a new longer barrel on the stealth and reducing the hammer spring to keep it at 12ftlbs. Will need to machine a new barrel and put the correct mounting points onto it.. the current barrel is only 12 inches, and I hope to machine one to around 16-20 long. Then thread cut the end to 1/2" UNF.

MFW
Briliant job there mate - very impressive. With regards to cutting the stainless with an angle grinder, if you ever need to do a similar job again, try using one of the cutting discs as featured in this auction: <GRINDING DISCS> I've used them on a few projects and they are far better than the standard cutting discs - they cut much faster and cause far less heat build up. I wouldn't necessarily suggest you buy them off this particular guy, as I got them significantly cheaper from another seller a while ago. You can also get them from Screwfix and MachineMart and places like that. Hope this helps.

Hunter
Thanks for the replies! More on the way then. Il be looking for another rifle to do up I think.. :o Martin, Thanks for the offer. I need a bit more training first I think.. that and my maths are crud. So I built the whole trigger without one measurement. Worked out better then I thought.. MFW Thanks for the links to those disks. As soon as I get the workshop I will get a propper grinder and some of those disks. At the moment my little grinder wouldnt take disks that size
