dodeer
Has anyone tried the new General Grabber AT and how have they found them on and off road?
DonnyB
I put a new set on after winter and have found them spot on. Not as noisy as the AT2s were on the road and they handle really well. No problems off road but we've not really had much rain so no real tests for them yet. Joe Public still comment about them being aggressive off road tyres but I think they look fine. Another option was the Pirelli ATR - has really good reviews on forums but I could not hold of any in March
richie223
they are very good,i would say as good as bf goodrich if not better, hard wearing 60/40 tyre.got them on my l200 good on road, with little roadnoise, and good off road
CZ550Kevlar
I can`t find a decent priced set of grabbers so i`m opting for a set of Malatesta kobra trac`s or Kaiman`s. i`m hoping the agressive tread pattern works well in snow too. EMcC
I had four put on my Disco Monday. I am quite impressed with them so far. I shopped around and found them from £136 to £176 fully fitted and balanced. Guess which ones I went for Sam, Micheldever Tyres have them in stock. al4x
who has actually tried them in mud though? looking at them the design doesn't look like it will shed mud from the tread in any real way. They may be an answer to regulations about tyre noise and economy but are they as good as AT2's in the sticky stuff
t jack
Got them on disco 4, tried in mud they were ok, not as good as more aggressive patterns but a good compromise between road and off road tyres.
