ernyha
Halfords do a range of battery chargers and the one for the small cars at £9.99 is ideal for small batteries and also does the car if needed.

Deako
Neil, Make sure you buy the correct charger...most car battery chargers will burn out your gel battery in a flash...and probably burn your house down as well!

The Sniper
I'm thinking about buying a new charger for my 7a/h and 17 a/h batteries. Whats the difference, please, between 500ma and 800ma ? And what does ma stand for please ?
ernyha
Sniper you have used that BUYING word again, hope you are not losing the plot mate. A ma is a milli-amp ie a thousanth of 1 amp. The 800 ma charger will do the job quicker than a 500 and will be fine for your batteries. PS. Are you sure you can't get one for free?
