Denny's Dippers

Recommended Posts

I have 2 of Denny's Dippers, and was hoping to try them when I was out today but did not get a chance.

I have tried them in the garden this evening, and they look really good and work really well :yes::good: .

In fact the Pigeons nesting on the rear of the house came down to have a look, so this must bode well for tomorrow.

They only took moments to fit :good: , but I did not do it as quickly as huffhuff (Ben):blush: but then he is younger and brighter and an all round boffin  ,I can see twitchynic (Nic) Billy and huffhuff having a competition with these Dippers to see who can fit them the quickest :lol: , but all joking aside these are a very useful and practical addition to our armoury :good: , weigh very little :good: and are cheap to run :good: , (I will use rechageable battery's) and you can use them with the decoys you already have, making a very cost effective toy for us :good::good: .

Cheers

Terry

Totally agree with Terry

Added 6 to a pattern of 20 decoys the other day, so 14 normal and 6 with the Decoy Dippas and it was as though the whole pattern came alive with movement. Can't wait to try these on harvest and drill where they will stand out even more.

But even in longer crop, we've all set out our decoys and when you're seated in the hide you can't see them, when they are dipping away they catch your eye! In fact I came close to mounting my gun a few times.

Well done Den, I know you put the effort in and changed them loads of times to get them right, taking everything into consideration including the price; three of these for the cost of a single bulky commercial one available on the market is a feat in itself.

How did you go today Terry?

Had few but not enough.

It was great to be out with Alistair again, I have not seen him for a while.

Did not use the Dippas yesterday left my glasses in the car but tried them at home and they worked really well, will be using them tomorrow.
