Bleeh
How far out did you guys end up going, the Wrecks? I'm glad to see someone is catching something, considering my rather poor day two weeks ago.
Grandalf
We visited several wreck sites during the day. The farthest was 27 miles out I think. It was a superb session. My 10 are in the freezer - I let three smaller ones (about 3 lbs) go back. Sales of replacement tackle will ensure the angling shops around Norfolk and Suffolk have a very good year! I, alone, lost 10 weights and countless assorted lures and muppets and half a spool of line when I fouled the prop. Good boat, good skipper, good company and the fish got into the spirit of things too. The pint at the The Harbour pub finished the day off. Thank you Pavman. ziplex
Lovely nothing like home made beer battered cod and chips, my mrs brought home some pouting fillets the other day which we battered and that was really good. If you get some big pouting, (which i'm guessing you might of), give it a try.
