Tiger955i
HI Mate I have this shotgun and would not go past it. It handles 3" magnums with ease and is fairly easy on the shoulder and mine cycles right down to 21g without any problems as well. Routine cleaning is a doddle. I use mine for general vermin clearing, driven days and clays. I am waiting for my permit for wildfowling fairly near by then I will use it for that too. It also feels solid and well made, which it is. So many synthetic semis feel cheeply made and plasticy. My only gripe was that after I got it I discovered it was placing the shot over where the bead was pointing, a fairly common thing with Beretta semies I think. I rectified this by placng a sight bead on a strip of aluminium I fastened to the top of the rib. Hope this helps. ATB

ATB That's where the shot is supposed to go, 60% above the tip of the bead and 40% below.
mudpatten
Hope you dont mind me asking but had you fully exhausted the stock alteration options before you went down the route of using a strip of metal on the rib?
Scully
Mate of mine has one, lovely piece of kit,but I am very aware of it cycling for some reason whenever I shoot it.Still a very nice gun though.

chezza1986
I bought mine as my first gun and use it for everything. Mainly use it for pigeon and clay shooting so fire of a few shells at a time but it's got the kick off system so it's really easy on the shoulder. Really easy to clean and maintain as well. Such a good all round gun. Hope you have as much fun with yours as I have had with mine.
COACH
Great bit of kit as long as you keep the gas ports clean as dirty ports is the only fault they have if they are not kept clean. It can make them jam up and not recycle. They very rarely jam with any cartridges over 28 grams though. I have the 12g and the 20g for tuition and love them both. And yes they are meant to shoot its shot 60% high of the bead. This is so you can see the kill without lifting your head off the stock which will make you miss generally over the top. So shoot at the birds feet and you will kill the bird clean.
