Gordon R
For that money, you can get a nearly new Miroku MK38, which is almost exactly the same as the 525. Made in same factory and only difference is engraving and slight variations in wood.

HDAV
The best gun will be the one that fits at £900 you have a lot of choice Browing 325 GD3+ 425 GD3+ (GTI/Ultra) 525 GD1 or a bit higher, perhaps even a Cynergy, then you have Miroku MK70 MK38 etc Beretta SP1 or 686/687, Might find a Nice Winchester for under your budget (not the new ones but the older classics) I would say go have a lesson with a good coach and ask them to accompany you to a large local retailer and go through some options. HDAV
Thanks for links but needs to be local dealer as doing a part ex. Thanks,Hotshot. I dont get that, if what you want is 150 miles away why limit yourself to whats 5 miles away? Maybe I'm odd but i drove all over looking for mine! You can take yours with you to the "not local" dealer to do the part ex? OR sell yours then buy cash!

Peathag
Try looking in the private ads in the back of Sporting Gun magazine and you will find secondhand guns by the big three brands Beretta,Browning and Miroku going for under £1000. I have just leafed through the August edition and there are several nice guns for under £900 complete with hard case, chokes etc. You may have to travel but it will be worth it in the end. Good Luck!
