festa Posted September 8, 2011 Report Share Posted September 8, 2011 Hi all, After going on a group shoot with my best mate, his sixteen year old son, and my fourteen year old daughter we have all been bitten by the shooting bug. So much so that my mate and I have applied for our SGC's (Do's anyone know how long Surrey Police usually take to process an application?) and intend to become more involved with the sport. After being trumped by our kids, they have decided real shooting is better than the XBox and want to become more involved as well. Great forum. Look forward to learning, and lots more shooting. Posted my application for my SGC on 2nd September and just had the FAO come for a visit today. Top bloke, very helpful, and has given his mate my phone number as he has a second hand cabinet for sale. Next up looking for a left handed gun for clay busting, or missing in my case. Cheers, Steve.
