Mincer

On a more serious note, why not get a used one? You can get a decent old cast iron hand cranked one for next to nothing and it will be miles better than the cheap plastic modern junk and much cheaper than the new decent ones. Just drop it in cleaning stuff and it will be as good as new!

As the title really, i want to buy a mincer. Is there any big retail shops that sell them? I have found plenty on the net but i'd rather go pick one up

Thanks

If you're talking about the old fashioned fix to worktop with a screw underneath type we got ours from Odells Cookshop in Stony Stratford.
