Mine is ****, because of where i live. I get just over 1 MB :/ It doesnt affect me in anyway really mind.....

 

45 MB/S is that for real :o

 

:lol: , yes mate it is, it should actually be closer to 50, I've seen it at 49+ but, at 7 in the evening I'm happy with that.

 

Virgin Media is cable telly/internet etc through fibre optic cables, 'tis like greased lightning. I download music albums in under 5 minutes generally and movies are down in less than 20 generally. It's fantastic for live streaming too, it's costing me £30 a month, but it's worth it ....IMO.

mine said 8.7 download and .97 upload aint got a clue wot it means

 

If your paying for a 10 megabyte service then it's not bad at all, if you're paying for more than that, I'd not be happy. Lots of people pay for 20 meg but only get 8 or 9 due to line quality, if that's the case you might just as well pay for a 10 meg service.

They're currently trialling the new 100mb service...dunno if I need it really! :lol:

 

Albums in seconds and movies under 10 mins!!!! Nah, it'll never catch on.
