Cat. but if you do succeed to setup and the chap who owns the land see's how much yout making he can end your lease and then kick you off and start up himself. Then all you have done is set up a company name for him and paid him to do so. The noise pollution issue is one we are considering,we intend to look near motorways or railway lines, where the noise pollution is already present. It is one of the many things we have to consider including planning permission, access, safety range, hazards to local wildlife, foot paths, running water, to mention a few. thanks for the tip anyway Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
