Sauage Making Tips required

burger/Sauage mix i always put in eggs to hold together and broken jacubs crackers to thicken up the mix gives it that less stodgy feel.also the spice packets from the shops are good to mix in saves buying a lot of different ingredients

 

Instead of crackers can I suggest using porridge oats to bind and make the mix thicker. I use porridge oats in all my burgers and it is excellent. :good:
