mart028
I had a spinal fusion back in 2004 i have still got the bolts in the vertibreas, I found that shooting with a semi auto with 21g cartridges helped a lot, very little to none recoil, even 28g with semi do not recoil too much, now after 7 years i am using 28g or 32g through my semi. Hope this helps. Mart Edited January 3, 2012 by mart028
HDAV
I would suggest instead of looking at ebay etc you go and speak to a competent gunsmith/stocker and discuss the options there are several products on the market, ISIS, Danuser, Gracoil, PFS. http://www.alanrhone.com/65.html http://www.danuser.com/products/coil/counter_coil.htm http://www.recoilsystems.com/ http://graco-corp.com/t/gracoil Depending on where you are there are several companies/people who specialise in these systems. kent
Get a gas op semi auto. Ed Millar who used to own Entwistle Guns did the same after a horrific crash and injuries. Mercury recoil reducers and heavy guns light loads are tye other way but will the heavy gun not be counter productive?
