not Derby i know, but if you fancy a drive to Birmingham - Benjamin Wild on price street is very good, worth the visit just to see his workshop, i wouldnt imagine it looks not much different to how it did 100 years ago, nice chap, he gets a lot of work from the trade from all over. :good:

The problem with it is sometimes the bottom cartridge does not eject.

Do not know if its a weak spring or a timing problem.

I am willing to have a go myself,as i am a mechanical fitter by trade. However I have no knowledge on how to strip it down and if it needs parts no idea where to get them from.

Any advise on how to strip it down?,or could it turn into a big job.

Do not want to make my only gun worse ,as at least it still goes bang at the clays.

Simon at Doveridge has a very good reputation, haven't used him myself and nor will i after his p**s poor attitude when i enquired about some work on my AYA.

Went to Nevilles at Alfreton this morning to get a firing pin replaced and Mick couldn't have been more helpful, did the job there and then, and he's gonna do the job that Simon wasn't interested in.
