gazzthompson
Ive used an auto for clays, and find them easy to use and perfectly fine. Whats your price range?

gazzthompson
Well if it is an auto you want, i can only recommend what ive used and thats a hatsan escort: http://www.hatsan.com.tr/escort_ps.asp its a low end market gun, will set you back about £350 but i can fully recommend it having used one, keep it clean and it will work fine and dandy ! But if you say price range is not a problem, then i would go with a higher end gun in which ill let some one else come recommend one of them as i lack the experience to do so! oscarsdad
Have a look at a Browning Maxus, different league to the Hatstand and a much much nicer gun to shoot. Anthony

I have a hatsan semi thats the early model and is great for pigeons and clays when its pouring with rain. The rest of the time I like to use my silver pigeon as it feels better balanced. If you want to try a semi, let me know and we could meet up at Kellbrook. Their are some great guys who meet up at Rishton on Sundays, I only go occasionally now as I am out shooting elsewhere. mr salt
try one before you buy one. (a semi auto) not everbody likes them . (i do) try a beretta 391 or a browning. (sorry about spelling) recoil is low on these.
SidneyG
Hi, not really up on Autos, so not much help with that im afraid, had a Hatsan, worked fine, and had a Beretta 304 which was excellent. My own personal preference is an over and under though to be honest.Theres quite a few of us disabled clay shooters about now: http://www.disabledsg.co.uk/ Come along to a shoot, you will be made very welcome. Bloke
Main thing is that it should fit you, but for my money, I really like my Benelli..
