Tis1979
With this mild weather be interesting to see when the flocks break up this year, can't believe we have snow drops and daffs coming through already! If the weather stays like this I reckon end of Feb who's gonna guess when?

yickdaz
normally around spring time when they start to split up to breed, and being the way this winter has gone with birds not hitting the rape as much as they normally do that will be the case even more
Actionpigeons
We may get some good frost yet that will hold them together and force them to need to feed more on the rape I remember some years back we had a very mild winter, then it came in hard Feb and March, so hard that they cancelled the waterloo cup as the ground was to hard for the dogs to run. Batch
Exactly Kitchrat!! Pigeons seem to be a bit of a rare thing around here at the moment!! Not that I have had any chance of getting out after them, just what I have been hearing from those who are out after them, hopefully soon once the game season draws to a close?!
