Cranfield Posted June 22, 2006 Report Share Posted June 22, 2006 Jim, our local Butcher is a grazier and he operates a similar deal, where you can buy a whole pig or lamb (probably a bullock as well) and receive it jointed, as you choose. It seems very popular and I know a few restaurants have substantial orders with him. I'm not sure how well it would work beyond say, a 20 mile radius. It does seem to be a "local" thing.
