Cool.

Looks like this site is going to be better for our needs and despite being a little more expensive it looks to provide a LOT more. It gets my vote. As Mike suggested camping is an option therefore we'll decide when we know numbers how best to split costs.

OK then if you haven't done so already please vote for the May date or otherwise indicate you can do it. Also, PM me your email address if you haven't yet done it, as Mike and I will sort out an email list with relevant info on.

The activities plan will be much the same, and if it's OK with Nick we'll forge ahead with the hog roast on the Sunday evening, but if Nick can't make it we'll improvise. It's going to be a case of each to their own and people can join in or do their own thing as they like. If anyone can offer something (a skill they're willing to share for example) just make it known here and those who are interested can shout.

Looking forward to it. :good:

Its a great place, set in secluded woodland.. Very close to Lechlade, Fairford, Bourton on the Water, Burford and Bibury.

:o This isn't the Essex meet up you know!

Mike that sounds ideal, I used to beat at Macaroni farm, its a lovely part of the world. There's a great pub in Eastleach too. Count me in :good:

We are spoilt for choice..the Vic at Eastleach..the Swan at Southrop, The New Inn at Coln St Aldwyns and in my home village the Keepers Arms at Quenington..

Nick has suggested a buffet of sorts which he can partially prepare in advance on the Saturday as well as roasting some meat on the Sunday. Nick (with our help) will drive the Sunday food (and Monday brekkie) however Saturday will be more of a free for all.

Knowing Nick as we do the buffet is likely to be interesting.

Good idea about the keg Mike. All home made booze encouraged too.

We must not - on any account - run out of drink.
