super sharp shooter
Evening all I'm going pigeon shooting tomorrow morning over rape and my question is Do I turn off the gas bangers or leave them on.. The farmer said I can turn them off if I want to, but my theory is if they are on it will keep the pigeons moving. Your views please
pigeonblasterian
It all depends if they are near you or the other side of the field.
super sharp shooter
It all depends if they are near you or the other side of the field. so I should turn off the close ones and keep the others on to keep them moving
magman
If the birds are still feeding on the fields with the bangers going leave them on
jez28
The birds seem to get used to them pretty quickly so I would leave them as they are.

shooter55
I would turn the nearest ones to you off and keep the rest on, it does work.

southeastpete
I'd turn any off within 200m or so. It'll only go off just as you have a couple coming in, and put them off.
