How do I stop my dog from biting even when I give him a row he snapps at me I was told to bite him on the ear or nip under his chin also I think he loses concentration and blanks me when I shout him ...........All advise much apriciated

When he bites, yelp like it hurts then ignore him for ten minutes, he'll soon learn. Shouting or smacking him wont do any good

 

When he does stop biting, be sure to reward him, he'll learn positive behaviour will lead to a treat

If its a pup dont fret- if this is a mature dog there is a good and very final meathod to use, i suspect you know what it is i am speaking of

Dont bite his ear,you could end up with a nice scare if you do.I learnt the hard way. :oops:
